E510 idicate the ROS motor faulty... PWBA MCU could not receive signals output from SOS Sensor in ROS within the specified time.
Possible cause ROS assy, PWB MCU, Harness PWB, or LVPS..
but before you change any.. make sure all your cover are close properly..normally the fuser cover interlock switch can cause this error as well.. check the switch at the right side of the fuser cover...make sure it's not deform .

The only fuses it could be are the 24v fuses going to the ROS. In general it would "normally" be the ROS and Halftone pwb or the Vsel pwb. Both of these might not be sitting right/loose ribbon cables etc, depending if you have been working in that area.
The other option is a defective cleaner clutch for the IBT. This "normally" leaves with just the black left on the print however. You will have to watch the machine and see if there is actually an image being produced on the drum. If not, the ROS (ROS and halftone pwb must always be replaced together)

Most likely the laser has failed and needs replaced. Here is the documentation.

• Check the connector CN26 on the Interface PWB. Refer to Wiring Diagram 4.
  
• Check the harness and the pin connectors.
  
• Check the Interface PWB for damage.
  
• Install a new ROS, PL 9.10 Item 15.
  
• Install a new Interface PWB, PL 9.30 Item 5.
  

Check at connector CN26 pin 4 on the Interface PWB for a low signal. Refer to Wiring Diagram 4.

That requires the replacement of either the ROS ( laser) assembly or the MCU board. I have seen both cause that code and indicate the laser has failed.
ROS is the laser assembly.
MCU board may not be detecting the ROS.
It is possible the connector that runs from the ROS to the board is loose, you may want to disconnect and reconnect that.
If the ROS is bad, you also have to have a laptop to connect to the machine to align the colors. That is called the regicon adjustment.
