SOURCE: How to clean the Keurig coffee maker.

fill the reservoir with distilled white vinegar and leave the brewer on for 4 hours (leaving the auto off option OFF). after the 4 hours, run the entire vinegar filled reservoir through the machine.

refill with water and repeat twice. your machine is now cleaned and descaled.

SOURCE: pump starts then stops. I have cleaned all holes.

Mine would only very loudly pump a partial cup after about two years of use. I tried everything, including descaling. Even held my mouth different ways. I took it apart three times, the last time intending to glue all the rubber hoses. By accident I discovered a plastic "filter" in the intake line just below the water reservoir. I removed it, cleaned it out on both sides with a toothbrush, put it back in, and now it works like new. The filter is easy to get to if you take the bottom metal plate off: 5 screws for that, then two screws in the filter unit directly under the reservoir. You get to it from underneath the coffee maker. Pull the black cover back to expose the plastic hose, then pull the black filter out.
It is easier to do than to describe.
I have not seen this fix anywhere on the net, but I can verify that it works.

SOURCE: my k cup reusable coffee

I had the same issue and found a **** fix that is working well. The issue is that the hole in the my-kcup doesn't seal to the machine so I take a square of foil and put it over the top of the closed my-kcup assembly, crimping it under the rim of the cap. This seals the assembly and forces the water through the my-kcup. It also makes a better cup of coffee because the water is all going through the grounds.
