Is silence complete a reputable answer for tinnitus?

It would appear that it is just another SCAM, perpetrated by someone with zero moral scruples about conning people out of their money.
Your family doctor should be able to refer you to an ENT specialist who can determine if anything can be done.

While accessing the "forum", a pop-up appeared advertising free sample tapes to help treat tinnitus. Is nothing sacred? We can't even discuss scams without the scammers trying to do us.

Yes if you have Tinnitus it can be really uncomfortable and stressful - here is a list of things to try and avoid;

1. Loud noise - this can worsen the situation as it can damage your hearing

2. Stress and exhaustion - can just make you more sensitive to the condition

3. Medications - some medications can aggravate the condition

near as i can tell you can't silence the answering machine. i wanted to do the same thing.
it's either on or off but u can't downsize the volume to complete silence.

forget the xbox, yo have tintinnus or tinnitus, you need to see a doctor ASAP i had this and it went away on its own but you can have it the rest of your life and there is no cure
