It seems to be a viral attack. Visit the nearest Nokia Care and have the firmware re-installed. That should remove the virus and then install an anti virus SW from www.getjar.com or www.dotsis.com.

Hello, well, you need to install a pdf reader. pdf stands for Portable Document File and is provided free by the company called Adobe Acrobat. Just Google for 'pdf reader' and download and install that first.
By the way, you don't 'run' a pdf file, you 'open' it. Maybe you already have Adobe Acrobat reader, but have never used it so your computer doesn't 'know' what to do with a pdf file. So, right-click on the pdf file that you downloaded, and select 'open with' and look to see if you have Adobe Acrobat as an option. Then try selecting it. If you don't have itas an option then look for the free download.

If you want to download Adobe Reader to view the pdf file, click this LINK then follow the steps for downloading.
1. Select an operating system.
2. Select the language.
3. Select the version.
After that click "Download Now". Wait until download completed. Run the set-up then follow the wizard.

Try downloading Revo uninstaller (free) uninstall Adobe reader I presume we are talking just the reader, typical Adobe is very big so more to go wrong. follow the instruction, the beauty of Revo is that it uses Adobe to uninstall then it jumps in to remove Adobe leftovers in your registry, hopefully this way it will bypass "patch cannot be verified"
Download Foxit Reader it only ways in at 10Mb
I presume you checked with your IT dept?
It is because the file is not completely downloaded in your system.. so as it shows file completed.. it is because of slow net connection speed and the file downloaded in temp is deleted automatically if it is not completed
