Does the lens move while saying Access? If so, the focus is stuck. If not, the lens is stuck. Both are hardware problems and I'm afraid you will have to give the camera away for a repair. You can contact your local Sony service center or other local camera service center and find out the costs. I can give you the best price, if you're ready to send it to me for a repair.
