If the RV is level and the cooling unit is warm on the back then you will require a replacement cooling unit. That model is known for leaking just above the burner area. If it has leaked, you will see a yellowish residue around the burner area. The new replacement cooling unit can be purchased online from Arcticold at www.arcticoldStore.com

You will first want to ensure the RV is level.
If the RV is level, then open the rear access vent door on the side of the RV to access the rear of the refrigerator. Feel the coils just above the tank on the cooling system. These coils should be warm to the touch. If they are warm and the refrigerator is not cooling then you will require a replacement cooling unit. Also, the most common area for the Dometic 2652 to leak is just above the propane burner area. If it has leaked, you should see a yellow residue in that area. The cooling unit can be changed in approximately 2-3 hours with no specialized tools needed (Arcticold offers 7 day a week free tech support). The old cooling unit will simply unbolt and the new one bolts in. I recently purchased a Schumaker 410/820 watt inverter. I immediately hooked it up to a brand new deep cell batery I had purchased just prior to receiving this inverter. I plugged in several devices to make sure the inverter worked and to get some idea of what devices I can expect this unit to handle. I noticed that the fan only ran when I plugged in a device that drew a certain amount of power from the unit. I also plugged in a CPAP unit to make sure the inverter would operate the unit properly, and noticed that the CPAP only drew 38 to 40 watts of power and the cooling fan on the converter never came on. When I plugged in an oscillating fan it drew around 128 watts from the converter and the cooling fan immediately came on when I turned the fan on. Based on that, I would assume that the cooling fan in the converter only runs when there is enough power being drawn through the inverter to cause the inverter to heat up enough to cause possible damage to or failure of the inverter. I haven't taken the time to find out the power draw at which the cooling fan will run. Hope this helps.
If you have a crushed, kinked, or otherwise restricted fitting in the system, it's possible the cooling may be affected. Pressure readings can be thrown off, and refrigerant flow can be inhibited.
Since the unit is new, you should have a complete parts and labor warranty, so ask the installer what the reason is that the system doesn't provide the cooling you were probably promised when they sold it to you. They should have taken into account the location of the condensing unit, the size and insulation in your house, indoor and outdoor conditions, your geography/climate, and any other load factors before selling you the system.
the top off these units can be purchased but a more exact model number is need. i can get you a part number and a place to purchase it they run about 208.00 dollars plus taxes if applicable and shipping.just need exact model number for example ( FEF366ABA ) there are alot of different verisons.
If freezer is icing up, you might have a defrost problem. Frost free models have a heating element that is controlled by a timer to automatically defrost ice, defrost timer turns on defrost heating element every 12 hours to melt ice in freezer and allow good air flow. You can test defrost element with an ohm meter(located inside freezer coils-will have two wires going to a plug connection), if OK replace defrost timer (located in various places depending on make and model
Generally speaking the fan motor will have to be removed and taken to an appliance repair supply house. The unit model number will need to be written down and taken with you, but it is best to compare the motors when purchasing.
