my hp f370 does not turn on anymore. checked the power supply adapter using a multimeter, the voltage are correct as per the label. when i press the ON button, nothing happens, not even a light will lit. what seems to be the problem?

There is a procedure of installation of your HP Deskjet F370 printer. first of all unplug your printer and start the software installation. This installation wizard will ask you to plug in your printer. Plug in your printer and you are done.

hi my name is pete heres how to fix your problem go to control panal then go to add and remove click it find programme for your printer deskjet f370 drivers unistall it the computer will help you once its unistalled your computer will ask you to reset so it can take affect unplug the printer from the computer when your computer starts back up as it normaly would have put your driver disc in what come with the printer and put it in your cd rom it will load a demo up part of your software whats on the disc dont set that up yet now plug your printer back in and you will hear a sound if its usb a window will appear saying found new hardware and another window will appear click next and your computer and it will search for the drivers on your disc it will take some time cos it start looking from your floppy disc then hard drive then it will start spinning your disc once its found them it will start copying files over to your computer when it has finished it will say your new hardware is now ready to use now go to to demo and continue setting up your software for the printer once finished your computer will ask you to reset so it can take affect after loaded back up try your scanner any more problems let me know
