I had the same problem. There is a filter under the front lower panel. You need to remove the four screws and on the right side you will see a filter this gets cloged easly. One time there was a sock in it. I do not know how, but clean your filter and this should help. I hope this helps you. Bubba

I have a GE WSX208H FRONT LOADER = WET CLOTHS

Pump you are correct. This company should tell all of us that there is a hidden drain plug that needs to be cleaned out every so often so that we do not burn the pumps up on these front load machines.

GE Front Loading Washing Machine seems to be holding water....

The high speed spin of a front load washer should normally do a good job of getting squeezing out the water but if there is an oversudsing condition that makes it hard for the drain pump to operate then the suds and water will just stay there. First make sure there is no actual clog in the drain line then run a load with no soap or detergent and see what happens. It's always better to use a low suds detergent with this type of machine

Don't properly spin out clothed leaves them soakng wet-Now it just keeps pausing and locking door and unlocking door without washing

sounds like there is a pumping/blockage problem. check the filter and all drain hoses/outlets. if all clear the pump may be faulty. is the drum turning at all?

Clothes wet, doesnt spin fast

Check the drain spigot, where the drain hose attaches to the drain trap under the sink/tub.There may be a blockage in the spigot which is causing the water to drain very slowly and therefor not allowing the machine to spin at normal fast speed.
