Question about Toshiba Computers & Internet
You may have to remove the old drivers first. Sometimes they get stuck in memory. Windows gets a cycle trying to load the old ones.
1. Delete old drivers.
2. Verify the old ones are gone by going to control panel, system, device manger.
3. You should see a red X if they are missing.
4. Download the new sound drivers again.
