put on a wash in washing machine and disturbed the cycle by switching the knob to spin and since then every time i put on a wash the cycle knob just keeps on going around by its self. I have carried out what it says in the manual and that is not helping it also said in the manual that if the knob constantly goes around then i need assistants, can u please tell me what to do.
