Question about HP PSC 1210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have my hp 1210 printer all in one for 3 years, and just now with the same cartridge 56 black, it doesn't print any more and the message is IMCONPATIBLE BLACK PRINT CARTRIDGE.
please what can i do? I know is the right cartridge it was working
Wel i think what you should do is try to disconnect the usb cable and make sure everything is well connected then try to insert the disk wich is the deskjet or try the left cartridge must not be correct so take it out and theninsert it againbut make sure you push the catridge in really firmlyuntil you hear a snap and make surem the hp logois facing towards you
