My navman f37 has frozen on home screen how can I fix it.its fully charged but won't do anything

just been on navman site,in tech surport it said hold on/off button down for 10seconds to reset.
im glad to say it works

Possable fix ?? surgery mabee nesessary if they the same as a f40 they have a sd memory stick inside they usually lose contact open it up and copy contents to a new sd make sure contacts are clean and seat it in properly wont cost you much to try at least

Heres 2 solutions.

1:- try a hard reset.
2:- try starting without any memory card in the device.

SOURCE: non responsive (battery is fully charged). Screen has frozen up.

There is a reset button at the bottom (insert paper clip in pinhole). If all attempts trying to unfreeze it fail, you may have a logic board issue. Are you sure the Kindle powers up? Try to power up your Kindle with a different battery.
