If your trying to pair up a bluetooth most units are usually 0000 or 1234. Those work for most of the bluetooths ive put in.

Red is accessory power
Yellow is to the battery

Kenwood KDC-BT838U -- Low audio on incoming phone calls only.

I have the reverse problem.  Callers can hardly hear me. I saw a setting in the headunit that allows you to specify where the audio plays for incoming calls.  You can choose the Left Front Speaker, the Right Front Speaker or Both.  Check the manual and make sure its set to both.
