I the coustmer , i have purcahce ur mother board model 865 gbf , i have send it for replacement in chenai service center , but they told me to take refund from us , but they ask me for bill ,But i have retailer bill , they ask me for gdr /or distributer bill . It is not possible me to get such type of bill . IN this process 3 - 4 monts have been pass , now the warrant sate has been over so what i have to do ?????? or u want to break ur coustmers , i did not find any side to complain my problem . i am not setisfied with your servise so, kindly do somthing about this. If Its Intel Genuine mother board U may contact withinthe warranty period to intel.com. through support services. If other than statndard ompany' i donot think u will be benifitted.
