Hello there:
You will need the red/yellow/white video cables and just hook up the yelow and white up to the xbox and the other end yellow and white to the tv than turn the tv to channel 3 and this should work

I am having a problem with my Xbox 360. I press the center button on my controller to turn on my Xbox and it will turn on but no video shows up, the controller won't actually connect, however, I don't get...

Your RF Module went bad, Its in the front, usually when a controller will not connect then it has to do with the rf module which is about ten bucks on ebay.
However its not common to have the video go out because of it,
You may need to send it back out to microsoft, how long ago did you get it fixed.

Xbox360 picture is too bright

I just had this same issue when i bought an Xbox 360 a week ago or so. Everything was WAY too bright but only on the Xbox. After some checking and rearranging of cords i found that the RF Modulator (adapter) i was using was set to the wrong resistance (Ohms) as i plugged in the Wii and had the same issue. I would say check the resistance setting and channel on the adapter, also making sure to NOT use "Y" rca cables to have more than one thing plugged into the same input.
Hope this helps ^_^.

Xbox 360 controllers wont connect

If you have tried using the white sync button (on top of the controller) and the white sync button (in front of the 360) the RF module in the 360 needs to be replaced. It is a very simple process, take the 360 apart and 3 screws T9 are holding it in.

Need directions to install a dch70 box to tv

dear woolifer ,
I am not an expert but i hope i can help you..
is it youmean digital cablebox?
if it is try this-

This is a problem a lot of people have with coaxial-only televisions because DVD players do not have coaxial (RF) outputs, which means they can't be connected directly into a television with only a coaxial (RF) input. The solution is to purchase a RF modulator, which is a small device that will convert the AV output from the DVD player to coaxial (RF).
As for the instructions, I am going to assume the DVD player is not a combo unit with the VCR, and that you want to record TV on your VCR. Step 4 will include connecting your DVD player, but if the DVD player is a combo unit with the VCR, just ignore step 4 part as DVD connection will be included in the VCR set up. Actually, you wouldn't need the RF modulator if it is a VCD/DVD combo unit.
  1. Connect the coaxial cable coming out from the wall to your digital cable box in the ‘video in’ slot. It might also be labeled ‘antenna in’ or ‘cable in’.
  2. From the cable box, connect a coaxial or composite (yellow video cable) and stereo (red-white) RCA audio cables to the VIDEO IN terminal on your VCR.
  3. From the VCR, you will have to connect this to the RF Modulator using a coaxial cable from the VIDEO OUT on the VCR to one of the IN ports on your RF modulator.
  4. You can now connect your DVD player to the RF Modulator by using the yellow-red-white composite/RCA cables from the VIDEO OUT on the DVD player to another port on the RF modulator.
  5. From the RF modulator, connect this unit to your TV by using a coaxial cable. It will be from the VIDEO OUT on the RF modulator to the VIDEO IN or CABLE or ANTENNA IN port on your television.
This should be all you need to get started watching your digital television. In simple terms here is what you did:
Coaxial from wall to cable box
Cable box to VCR
VCR to RF modulator
DVD player to RF Modulator
RF modulator to TV
You will only be able to record what is on channel

XBOX 360 Elite RCA video connection problem

On the TV you should have a video, input or mode button. If you press that button while the 360 is on it should pickup the signal. You need to be in video mode instead of cable mode since you are using the red, yellow, white cables. Many TVs have a few video modes so press it wait a few seconds and try again if it does not work. Hope this helps:)

Controllers

Replace the batteries (or charge the batteries if rechargable.) Also make sure nothing like a cordless phone, WiFi base station nor microwave is nearby. They'll cause interference with the wireless controllers.
