SOURCE: LNS4692D - TCON Board (seems there is a systemic issue)
You have to be very careful with the flat ribbon cables and be sure not to have an electro static discharge to the board while handling it but it is not that difficult of a repair. It is the board that is located at the top center of the back of the lcd panel. Depending on your problem, eg. line in picture, no picture with backlight.... it unfortunately only fixes about half of the units. The other half need lcd panels which are very expensive. hope this helps.

it isnt the Y-SUS board, it is the Power supply, iv fixed this exact problem twice in the last month, try turning the tv on, and when it turns green, unplug it real fast, while light is still green, after 15 seconds plug it back in, then hit the power button, if it dont come on, hit the power button again, this time, as soon as it turns off, hit the power button again to turn back on, sometimes you can trick the tv and it will turn on, at least i was able to do it, and once it comes on, it should work fine, untill you turn it off again.

Disconnect the LVDS Cable that runs from the small signal board to the display panel and apply power,if the screen comes on,the Small signal board (aka Scaler Bd ) is the faulty board. other than that, all that's really left that has gone bad for me is the logic board.
