That radio is the same as a whisler WS1080. The good news is that whisler still makes it and you can contact them for the SD card:

If everything was working fine, and then all the activity "disappeared," your area probably upgraded and migrated to a trunked radio system. If that's the case, your BC120XLT can no longer follow the activity, and you'll need to upgrade your scanner to stay in touch with the action.
