For the user manual for your ir3225, go here:

I'm assuming that the user manual would explain about the error codes, what they mean, and how to deal with them.
Good luck.
SOURCE: I HAVE AN IR3225 AND
Hello,
this is error code for abnormally high temperature in fixing unit.
If there isn't anything wrong with the fixing heater or thermistors you can try to clear the error code in service mode.
Procedure:
While the copier is showing error or in ready to copy mode
1) Press the asterisk key " * " on the control panel.
2) Press the 2 and 8 keys of the keypad at the same time.
3) Press the asterisk key " * " on the control panel.
Now on touch screen choose: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR
Turn the copier off and back on.
That should do the trick.
If there is problem in heather or if the error occures again after few copies made, then you need to replace fixing film unit.
Hope that helps!
SOURCE: I have a Canon Ir3225 copier and on its screen reads error E000000-0001. How do I fix this problem.
Hi,You have to reset the error in service mode . To do this you need to press the head key (the head with the star inside) then 2+8 together and then the head key again. This will get you into service mode. Then select 'COPIER' then 'FUNCTION' then 'CLEAR' then select 'ERROR' or 'ERR' press 'OK' then switch the machine off and on again. This may get it working for a while or a long time. But if not, you will need a fixing film unit to remedy the problem.
