i would say use the normal key pad or send it in to T.I to fix.

Try pressing [ON] and [CLEAR] at the same time to clear all memory and reset the calculator. That may fix the problem. If it is out of warranty, I am not sure it is worth fixing.

This function is FIX or FSE near the dot [.] or above it, so press [2nd] the the [FIX] where it located button [.] for example then the dot [.] him self: [2nd] [FIX] [.]

Sounds like your pc had a static charge that it discharged to your TI and that it fried something inside the TI. No warranty, No fix. You gotta buy a new one.
