Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
This could be because your lens is dirty on yours, or due to the different models and their drives. For example, the drive for the arcade version is different than the pro. Even further, some pros have a different drive depending on what year they were manufactured.
I would grab one of those lens cleaners and run it through your drive. Otherwise maybe try installing it on your hard drive or using one of the scratch removers.
