Question about Panasonic KV-S3065CL Path-Through Scanner
I have a Panasonic KV-S3065CL scanner that keeps giving a no paper detected error when there is paper in the document feeder. I have replaced the sensor and cleaned, but nothing else.
There is a narrow FFC cable that connects the sensors between the hoppper assembly and the main scanner unit that may be loose. Check both ends. This cable can also develop small fractures over time. These fractures can cause the sensors to not be noticed by the scanner or give false info. The cable may need to be replaced.
