Question about Nintendo Wii Console
Might try unplugging it completely, that will force it to reset, leaving it unplugged for 5 minutes, then plug it back in.
If it still gives the error on every disc, I would suggest calling Nintendo. My friend had to have his replaced, and it was pretty painless.

what you have said it sounds like you have the Disk drive read error
main causes are Hardware failure, overheating or wear & tear.
may need to perform simple maintenance, clean or in some cases adjust

Error Occurred. Press the Eject button and remove the disc.
Turn the power off and follow the instructions in the console manual.
