The track belt keeps dislodging from brush roller wheel...is the an adjustment to tighten so that track belt remains secure to brush roller wheel?

No...once they are stretched out, usually caused by softening of the track material due to water chemistry issues, the only solution is new tracks.

I love my Dolphin Dynamic 342348BU47 I have had her for two years, her name is Daisy. One side of her track will not run. I turn her on she moves forward 6 inches then back 6 inches then stops. I have...

Check inside the side plate on the side that won't move for debris such as goggles or swim toys. If nothing is jamming the track the motor might be bad or the wheel tubes that connect the tracks together could be damaged so check those as well.

The light goes on and nothing happens. no sound at all. it was working fine two days ago. thanks

Try a self test...flip the unit upside down on your deck and plug everything in a turn it on. Within 15 seconds it should start moving the tracks and the progress thru several track direction changes with and without the impeller motor turning on. After 30-45 seconds of these motions it will shut off and at that point I would put it back in the water and it should work.

If it will not perform the self test or will not operate after the self test it needs service.

For a list of service centers or further troubleshooting assistance please contact Maytronics directly at www.maytronicsus.com or 888-DOLPHIN.

For starters, try the tip I posted here on Fixya, found at: http://www.fixya.com/support/r3651526-dolphin_pool_cleaner_wont_start_up. If that is not enough, try our sites FAQ section on Dolphins at www.arrowpools.net. Select the FAQ button then from the drop-down select Dolphin.

If none of this helps your problem could be in the power supply, cable or motor unit. The motor unit is the most likely problem.

It is not recommended you open the cord end that connects to the motor unit as you are breaking the seal for the submersible electronics. For information about sending your unit in for repair use the dolphin form link on the bottom of our site.

Change tracks

Thank you for posting your question here on Fixya.com.

Remove all twelve screws inside the case (6 per side), remove the handle screws and pull off the handle, then remove the side plates. Once these are out of the way, remove the old tracks and install the new ones. Reassemble in reverse and you are done.

Cut cord

Thank you for posting your question here on Fixya.com.

Yes but it is going to be tricky. You will need to open up the power supply and pull the black and white wire from the cable socket. Note what position they were connected to for reassembly later. Now strip the cable back enough to get to the wires inside and connect them white to white and black to black. Turn the dolphin upside down (tracks towards the ceiling) and turn it on. It should go thru a series of motions lasting about 30 seconds and then stop. If it does it has just passed a self test and will likely work in your pool. For parts or to have this test and others performed in a service center contact us thru www.arrowpools.net using the dolphin button along the bottom of the page.

Dolphin will go fwd for so long and then stop,

It is probably a motor issue. For information on servicing a Dolphin please complete our dolphin service form available at www.arrowpools.net.

Stopped working

Try a self test...Flip the unit upside down on the ground, tracks 'up towards the sky' and trun it on. It should run for about 30 seconds during which it will cycle through various track and impeller motions.

If it completes the test, try it in the water again.

If not, contact us at www.arrowmotor.net for service arrangements or parts. You can also try Maytronics direct at www.maytronicsus.com.
