Question about Jenn-Air JDR8895AAS Dual Fuel (Electric and Gas) Kitchen Range
After setting this range to the self-cleaning cycle, and running through it, we cannot get the oven door to open; it remains locked. This happened to us on Thanksgiving afternoon. Talk about frustration!
So how do we get our door to open?
This is not a problem. The cleaning cycle goes on for approximately 4 hours as I recall. it will unlock by itself when done. Read your user guide for troubleshooting tips. if you can't locate your copy, one is available on line at the Jenn-Air site
