You have to go customer care because of touch problem.

Open the printer, take the small handle off the ink cartridge, then snap the cartridge in the printer. Done:)

I'm sorry, but it is not possible for you to transfer your photos to my computer, as you seem to imagine. Are you sure you have contacted the correct site for this query ?

Make sure the printer is plugged in and turned on...the ink cartridge carrier won't be in the right place if the printer is off.

HI there please click the menu button & then select the photo mode. There you can find few option. For example: Vivid, Neutral, Sepia, Black & White, custom. From there just select Black & white. After that take a snap which is come as B/W photos. If you have any doubt then ask me again i will send you the manual pages there you can see the all steps. Thanks.

The Photo cartridge replaces the black cartridge. The photo cartridge includes mono ink as well as additional colors for combination with the original color cartridge.

If you are installing a new cartridge, remove the sticker and transparent tape completely from the bottom of the cartridge..For a photo cartridge, remove the cartridge from the storage unit first...Do not discard the storage unit (for photo cartridge), as it can be used to hold the photo cartridge if you replace it with a black one..Unless it is already open, press down on the cartridge lever to raise the cartridge lid...Insert the black cartridge or photo cartridge in the left carrier or the color cartridge in the right carrier...Snap the lid closed...Close the access cover.
