Format error appears on the display window when trying to access music.Device appears to download data/music from pc ,but cant access the music on unit. Radio appears to be ok.
Is there a program I can download to reconfigure device.

Hi,
First of all formate your MP3 player through built-in format option of the player, remember dont try to format it through PC. then by using software provided with the MP3 copy songs of your choice and past in your player with the help of software, also don't copy and paste directly from PC to MP3.
This will solve your problem.
