#13 looks to be the anti-theft fuse. http://www.fixya.com/fullimage.html?src=http://i.fixya.net/uploads/images/dc457db.gif
Hi it should say on the under side of your fuse box
If its a 10 amp # 13...it is the theft system
Testimonial: "The #13 fuse has an engine on the panel. What part of the engine does it operate that would allow the car to restart after fuse is replaced and run for 15 mins before it blows again?"

fuses are a safety device. they are made to blower when to much load is drawn over them. some component on the circuit is shorting out. if possible unplug all the items on that circuit. put in a new fuse, then reconnect component one at a time until the fuse blows again. a process of elimantion. it may take some time, but it will be expensive to take it to a dealership.
SOURCE: fuse keeps blowing
If fuse keeps blowing that means that there is a shortage on AC wiring or switch controlling the air conditioner.
Also an abnormal power draw from AC caused by an internal fault on AC can cause the fuse to blow.
Test wiring and switch with a voltmeter, the most common is that there is a short to ground between wiring and car body somewere.

Check that the pollen filter (especially that one cos it gets really clogged up) and any other associated filters, even the engine air filter. I would go for the pollen filter first though.
SOURCE: where is the transmission dip stick
It's on the right side, looking under the hood toward the engine, on the front of the transmission, it's really low, but there is a little, white, round plastic round cap that's marked "ATF". That's the transmission dip stick. Be sure to check with the engine running, and the car in park.
