My motherboard is mercury P1865D7.& I want audio driver of this motherbord

You can usually find drivers on manufacturer's website. Mercury is no exception. however they do not currently provide a link to the audio driver.

This should not be a problem as you can also search for a generic driver. Its a good chance it will work. If it does not, let me know.

Click here to go to Realtec download page. Tick the accept box and click next.

After installing this driver you should have sound, if not then we can think of another way.

MY HP SPEAKERS WILL NOT WORK AND NEITHER WILL THE HEADPHONES

Hi,

The simple and the only solution to this is reinstalling the sound card drivers.

Go to device manager > under sound video and game controllers
Right click on the IDT high def audio codec and uninstall it.

Also uninstall the connexant or th realtec audio driver
remember don't install the IDT codec back.. just reinstall the sound driver from the recovery manager > advance options > hardware driver installation.

Regards,
Anup

Realtec audio not working

If you audio driver stops responding, you can try uninstalling the audio driver then restart the computer. First, right-click on the "My Computer" icon and select "Properties". Next, go to the "Hardware" tab and choose "Device Manager". Now you need to look for your audio driver and find the one that lets you uninstall the driver. Do not worry about installing the new driver because the system will find the audio when you reboot your computer which is what you will do after you uninstall the driver. So, reboot and wait. If you audio works you can move on, if it does not work you should go to the Realtec website and look for the most current driver and install that one. This is a start.
