Question about Samsung Refrigerators
There is a shaft from freezer to fridge that the cold air travels. make sure that is unblocked. also make sure the fan is working. then see if the freezer coils are iced up (this restricts air flow). if they are, unplug it, empty the fridge and freezer, defrost the coils, dry it out, plug it in and turn it on (not high). once it reaches the temp and the compressor stops, fill the fridge again.
