In which format are those songs?
As this walkman only supports AAC, MP3, WMA.

My mp3 player doesn't player

If you are using the Sony Sonic Stage software, then it might be
a good idea to just format the MP3 player and start over downloading music to it. You have to use the Sony Sonic Stage software or else it gives you the NO DATA BASE error, even if
you have music on it.

I have problem

Just under the volume buttons, there is a reset pin. Hold it in until the player has reset - and it should be back to normal.

When you plug it into your computer, can you see songs on it?
If Sonic Stage ect. says there's nothing on it, then there's nothing on it and you'll have to just start from scratch.
