You can't unless you can get it to work! Normally, you would connect it to a computer and save the data locally or back up the whole device using Samsung Cloud Backup. You should have the data backed up on cloud storage anyway as long as you set it to do that. When it comes back, you tell it to RESTORE.
You will only lose data if they give you a new one, or replace the main board and memory, or if they choose to factory reset it when they get is working. Put a note with it
