Hi have you checked the bobbin some times this is the problem always remember when putting your bobbin in the machine alway put it in the shape of a 9 it runs better putting it in the shape of a p can cause it to stop or break the thread i hope this has help you .
Thread spool shows up? Have you tried removing the top thread and rethreading from the beginning? Could be misthreaded.
SOURCE: thread constantly wraps around spool pin
Cut a round curcle of fabric the size of the spool from a piece of felt. Put a hole in the middle and put it under the spool of thread. If this does not work you can purchase a small net that fits over the spool. It is designed to keep the thread from coming off the spool except for being pulled through naturally.
Hope this works.

Have you checked the top thread is correctly placed in the spring of the bobbin case?

Mmmm...., maybe NOT the solution, maybe, just a key.
I have a copy of theBaby LKock EA-605 instruction booklet in English, Germann, French and Spanish. NO ideas how it casme into my orbit, but happy to pass it on.
SOURCE: No tension on my Singer 6212C sewing machine
Take the thread completly off the machine and rethread it making sure it goes thru the tension wheel properly.
FYI Loops on the bottom-- Problem is in the threadding.. Loops on the top, problem is with the bobbin.
SOURCE: Shirring fabric?
When putting your shirring elastic on the bobbin, don't thread the elastic through the bobbin holder, adjust the stitch length longer, and loosen the tension, other wise if you want to put it through the bobbin holder you have to loosen the tension screw on the bobbin holder, and then you have to adjust it back for ordinary sewing,
