SOURCE: need to replace battery on 2002 rav 4 where is

Not a labor intensive problem! Stop scaring people pal. Open the hood and the battery is located on te left side of the engine compartment in the back under a overlapping cowling(piece of plastic held down by plastic grommets) Just take a flathead screwdriver or a quarter and turn these plastic screws counter clockwise 1/2 turn...push the middle down and it will pop up. then remove the cowling and loosen the holding mechanism for the battery. A simple pliers will do. All told this is a very easy job that should take no more than 15 minutes.

I want to write a will. Do I need to hire an attorney to make it legally binding?

Not at all. You need to meet specific requirements to make sure a will is legally binding, but having an attorney is not one of them. The details change from country to country, but you generally need to have a written will, sign it, and have witnesses sign it. You can check your local requirements online - there are even places where you can buy DIY kits.
However, the issue with trying to write a will without a lawyer is how complicated business and estate law can be. Your choice can be legally binding without a lawyer, but if you don't pay attention to the details or don't use precise language, you risk having your will contested in court. This can be an issue when passing down large estates, especially if there are many conflicts of interest between family members.
So if you have a lot of assets or just want to make sure the inheritance process is seamless after you pass away, you should have a law firm help you write your will, whether it be a Sydney law firm like https://www.primelawyers.com.au/ or some other law firm.

Hi, I am 16 years old, I have a unique recipe which I intend to license to one of the biggest food outlets in the world, I need to protect my recipe from competition and I also need to approach the outlet...

Well it is very complicated issue. There are many ways to protect your recipe and make money on it.
1. As an Author ( I assuming u r) of such recipe you are protected by Author's rights law or better known as "All Rights Reserved" Law, but there are ways to get around it, sort of speak.
2. You might want to patten it, but it takes a long time and requires an attorney in some cases.

3. Before you'll give it away to any kind of food chains, you must work a written contract with them, in which you and the company of interest will agree on a terms and conditions of them selling the ready product using you recipe and financial reward to you as a creator of such product (To make sure you won't get screwed, I would recommend to hire an attorney).

4. There are numbers of laws which protect you as an author or the creator of any kind of product. One of those laws is "Triad Secret" law, it prohibits the second party (in your case is a food chain) from making your recipe public or announcing it to any 1 else.

5. Do not deal with more than one company at the time it might back fire on you.
6. If you will have to find another company to sell your recipe to, the "Triad Secret" Law may not apply.
7. In any case I would strongly recommend to hire an attorney before you will do anything, or at least a consult one.

I hope it was helpfull

My Father in Law passed away and I am trying to get his Craftsman 5hp wood chipper running so that my Mother in Law can sell it. It has electric start. I assume with electric start there must be a battery...

You can visit the Craftsman website to get this info. You will need your Model Number and Serial number to download an owners manual. The manual should show you where the battery is.
