Hi,when a phone does not come on, it is either the battery of the phone is dead, might need to be charge or replaced with another battery.
you can use another battery to test if it is the battery the fault.
The other thing to check is if the phone memory is weak and may need to be restored back the phone memory. will need to be flashed. if too weak to power up the phone all application you downloaded on the phone has VIRUS and has affected the phone memory.
First Charge the battery for longer hours before using another battery to confirm if the battery cell is the problem.
If not battery, in think you will have to flash the phone memory for it to come back to life. You can use the link below to know about how to flash the phone.
Hi I find the solution to the problem 'executor', the problem is that the man who unlocked phone vort forget to remove the executor program is a program to unlock sony ericsson phones. So you must ask him to remove the program from your phone, it will very well come when the problem. And your phone will turn on again.
It is a very well known issue tha only appears after unlocking. Seriously :)
Go back to the guy that unlocked it and ask him to unlock it again, this time with "enable preloader security bypass" checked then to delete the executor application. If he doesn't know what the above means then I suggest you find another guy that actually knows what he is doing...
I had the same problem with a k800i, i emailed sony ericsson and they told me what to try and it worked however you do lose everything you had stored on your phone. I believe this will work with most if not all sony ericsson phones. You need to update your phone, here's what to do; 1.Go to www.sonyericsson.com/support 2.Select UK 3.Select your model of handset 4.Click on Sony Ericsson Update Service 5.Click the link, and then click Run or Save. 6.Let the Sony Ericsson Update Service install.
you have installed the Sony Ericsson Update Service you will need to
launch it. Once it opens simply follow the instructions that you will
see on screen. The update should then begin.
When you take out your battery wih out shutting down it erases everything but only for about an hour everything does come back it does not erase it forever! Just to let everyone know! Of course if you have an option besides taking out the battery then use that but waiting for it to die is just silly and would take forever!
