Do not want Netflix want to exit it - Computers & Internet

Hi. Which device are you using to use NetFlix? If you have a Firestick, You can try shutting down the TV but then unplug everything related to NetFlix or would you toggle over to Setup and click RESET? Please let me know if this helps. Good Luck.

Make sure the app is installed. Just select it and it should open. If not, open Amazon first, then exit Amazon, they try opening Netflix. If that doesn't work try doing a firmware upgrade on your TV. If you don't have a way to install the Netflix app and you have a laptop, attach an HDMI cable from your laptop to the TV and access Netflix from your laptop.

First thing I would check is Internet connection on the smart tv that won't connect. If that doesn't work try downloading new software for Netflix. Try those and see what happens.

If it is on a computer alt-F4 will close you out of anything. on a remote control try EXIT

your internet may be having an issues connecting or you may need to exit netflix and try again. i not reset the password. perhaps someone you're sharing with is logging you out?
