Most likely the flame sensor. The sensor has only one wire to it and is L shaped. Unplug the heater and take some steal wool and gently clean the the sensor.

Forced Air Kerosene Space Heater Spark plug

I have an older COOP 50,000 BTU forced air kerosene heater. I tried burning #2 in it. Result was rapid fouling of the spark plug. I removed the ground electrode from the plug allowing the spark to jump to the shell. It has never fouled the plug again, runs perfect.

The smell is bad. What kind of venting do I need in the garage for All Pro 50,000-85,000 BTU/HR? Does the bad smell mean I;m in Danger?

If you run a propane heater in an enclosed space, such as a garage, you can pass out and die from carbon monoxide poisoning - as well as just a lack of oxygen from running a high-power propane flame. Yes, I would say you are in Danger.
