I have tried to do the software upgrade for the camera, but it frozen in the middle. Now I have only one orange lamp and no reactions on buttons...HELPPPP PLEASE

It appears to have gone wrong. Consult a mamera technician with experience of your device. If the ic has corrupted he / she may be able to reprogram it for you
Good Luck

Pictures turn very dark as soon as the shutter is pressed or picture turns completely white as soon as shutter is pressed

It sounds like you have some settings changed for the manual mode. Try using an automatic mode. You can also "Initialize" the settings on your camera to set all settings back to factory default.

Camera goes to sleep too there a way to adjust?

To save battery power, the camera automatically goes into sleep mode and the monitor turns off if there is no operation after 3 minutes when the camera is turned on (when the lens cover is open and the monitor is on). No picture is taken even if the shutter button is fully pressed in this mode. Operate the zoom button or other buttons to restore the camera from sleep mode before taking a picture. If the camera is left on for 15 minutes, it automatically turns off (the lens cover closes and the monitor turns off). Press POWER to turn the camera on.

The camera has a built-in accelerometer, so that it automatically orients the image as soon as you take it. If you are holding the camera sideways, you'll have to turn it back to normal in order to see the image right side up.

Fuji won't stay on

Most likely explanation for this is the presence of dirt/sand in the lens unit and in the zoom motor/gearbox assembly which is part of the lens unit. When camera detects problem in the zooming process it will shut off.
Solution : will have to go in for service but should not cost you arm and a leg cause no spares are required to sort this problem out.

Pansonic DMC-LZ2 - Truns on/off automatically

Hi, I have the same type of camera and I have never had that problem. Perhaps the camera should be first sent back to to the agent to be thoroughly checked to see whether everything functions as intended according to the manufacturer's specifications. I have only used long life batteries as specified, and when the camera is not in use always remove so that any chance of corrosion occurring. Hope this may be of help. My problem is I have misplaced the working manual booklet that comes with each camera when new to show how to use and the various functions to help operate. I wonder whether you could direct me to a site on the internet so I can download and printout. Thanks.
