My pict from s500 show white lines, but that is nothing problem when use to recorder/cam record & candleligt fiture.

Unfortunately the shutter motor is broken, so normal pictures will be over-exposed. If you use it as a recorder or candlelight function the shutter mechanism doesn't need to work because the shutter is always open.
Fix that problem is very difficult, unless you get a new lens block.
Hope this helps,
Pablo

Pictures are showing a pink glow over whole shot. Camera has always had great pictures, has not been dropped, or exposed to high heat. thanks...

This sounds like it might be a defective CCD imager. If so, Canon should fix this for you for free, including free shipping both ways. This is regardless of your camera's warranty status. Please check this link for more info.

Pentax SF10 Camera -- double exposure

If you press the film release button like you are going to rewind exposed film you may be able to activate the film advance lever to cock the camera so you can take another picture, and the film should stay on the first exposure allowing you to re - expose it. I would underexpose each image 1 F stop because.you are exposing the same film twice. Double exposures are always an iffy proposition and anything can happen. After the second exposure cocking the film advance should allow the film to advance once again. You might test this on the final pictures on a roll in case the camera won't start advancing the film after you try it. This way you won't blow a whole roll worth of pictures testing it.

Nikkor 50 1.8 overexposes

You probably have oils on the aperture blades and they do not close to the F stop you set as quickly as required, thus causing the over exposure. Easy to pinpoint: sent the aperture to full open (F1.8) and use appropriate shutter speeds as determined by the camera (in manual mode), if the picture does not over expose, then the problem is with the oiled contaminated aperture blades. Have it cleaned.

Pictures have brown instead of color look, why

You have a bad film pack. Replacing the film pack with a new one should fix the problem. Nothing in the camera can change the color of a picture. The camera can over expose pictures (wash out the picture), under expose pictures (dark pictures), or the picture can be out of focus (blurry).

Overexposed pictures

Hi!

It's possible that the settings of your camera may have been altered. I've checked the troubleshooting guide for your camera and the I think the exposure compensation may have been accidentally changed.

Try to change the value for exposure and see if that's the problem.

I hope that helps.

Good luck and have a nice day!

Over exposure

Hey - have the same problem. All my still pictures are coming out overexposed, no matter what setting I use. Tried resetting, tried new battery, tried new memory card, tried different exposure settings. Nothing fixed it or affected it. However, my movie exposure works great so I can take movies just fine. Are you able to take movies with no overexposure?

Finepix 2600 problems

The 2600 is an old camera now.... I had it as a first digicam, and did not really had the same problems! Only at the beach, at very bright sunlight, pictures were not always the best... If you see the first part of my Thailand pictures, just see the link, there are pictures taken with the same camera. If you think they are better then yours, then the only thing I can say is that there is a fault at the camera! This camera had at his time not a bad reputation, don't forget it is only 2 MP. I have taken it recently to Disneyland, when they stole my G 3, and still had some decent stuff out of it. Battery-life is very poor though!
