Question about Midland 5001 40-Channels Base CB Radio
I"m getting a wine when my truck is running and it kill my sigal so i cant talk and i bought a 35v in line casiter to solve this problrm but it didn't alow enough power to flow to my cb radio ( i have a cheap midland cb)

Hi Frank, It sounds to me like you may have a bad dectector diode. Other possibilities are cold solder joints in the stand up boards in the IF section. Good Luck
