I think your charger(battery) is not giving the right amount of charge and most probably its not of the same type which you should exchange from where you bought it for a compatible battery. Best would be to take ur Laptop and physically check that its charging because I doubt your laptops charging capacity has gone because it was charging your old one................sodeep
