MY hp laserjet 200 color m251 pcl 6 do not print full copy of A4 when printing via internet or wireless pls, i need a setting to make it print full copy . thank you.

I would check to ensure that the page size of both the driver and the printer are set to A4 and not letter. Most HP's will auto sub letter for A4 but if driver thinks paper is letter when it is actually A4 then the printout will not match.

Copying legal size on a Brother MFC 7420

This is for a temporary, as needed solution: Press "Menu/Set" button. Select "General Setup". Scroll down and select "Paper Size", find and select "Legal" size. Press Menu/Set button again. Press "Stop/Exit" button.
Insert legal size paper to be copied on the feeder tray and put a legal size paper in the Manual slot. Hit "Print"
You need to do these same steps again to return the settings to Letter size again.

There is a message showing on My Canon MX310 "Check Printer 5B00", how do I fix it? Right before the message showed up I copied a document that printed with a line down the middle.

Try these procedure:
Go to START MENU
Choose RUN
Type the letter "cmd"
Type the word "net stop spooler"
Exit
Go to C drive
Choose to Windows Folder
Click show content
Choose system32 folder
Choose spool folder
Choose printer
And delete all printing jobs pending
Again go back to CMD window and type the word "net start spooler"
Restart your computer also turn off your printer and switch it on.
It will work fine right now
I hope it helps you

I Have a Toshiba E-studio 200 copier that I have connected to my computer network. It has been working fine Printing invoices and letters. Then all of a sudden it has stopped printing invoices and...

Go into the network menu of the copy machine and check the assigned "ip" address. If your copy unit is set to dhcp then all that might be wrong is that the address has changed...you print to the asigned adress that gets set up on the copyer...

I have a new photosmart C4680 printer and I can only print one copy at a time from my computer. I want to print two or more copies at a time. What do I do to make this happen ?

Usually the number of copies of a certain print job is handled by the software.

Example: You have written a one page letter using WordPad. You would like the C4680 to print 2 copies of this letter:

1) On the menu, click "File"

2) Choose "Print..."

3) On the page that follows, change the number of copies to 2. There are other options you may choose at this time, if desired.

4) Click Print

The unit should start printing 2 copies of your letter.

Prints are only at 80%

make sure your paper is not set to "ltr-r"or "letter r" which is the same size paper, just turned the other way. The control panel should show you the paper size its set for, or you can turn the original sideways if the platen/target glass allows for this size. This machine is a digital copier, so it should be able to turn it the proper direction unless its programmed for "ltr-r" copying.

Brother MFC6800 not printing

To answer more effectively - how is the printer connected to the iMac? Is it a USB connection, a printer cable, is the MFC 6800 connected to a print server, an AirPor, etc? A second question I have is if you are trying any kind of tricky printing such as manualduplex printing.

Also, a shot in the dark...Is the Auto Reduction set to on or off? To check:
1. Press MENU/SET, 2 (Fax), 1 (Setup Receive), then 4 (Auto Reduction).

2. Press the up or down navigation key (keys located above and below the
MENU/SET key) until the display shows "Reduction: ON?".

3. Press MENU/SET.

4. Press STOP/EXIT.

Another item to keep in mind:
You can use three sizes of paper for printing your faxes and
copies---letter, legal and A4. When you change the size of paper you ha
ve loaded in the Brother machine, you need to change the setting for the paper size so your Brother machine can fit the incoming
fax on the page. To set the Paper Size:

1. Press MENU/SET, 1 (General Setup), then 1 (Paper Size).

2. Press the up or down navigation key to select LETTER, LEGAL, or A4.

3. Press MENU/SET.

4. Press STOP/EXIT.
