I just bought the tablet and I can’t get any of the apps to work

The tablet won't download apps if it is not connected to the internet. You need to got to Network internet access and set up the required password to the WiFi system first.

Go to the google apps store.

I just got my irulu 4.2 Jellybean tablet and this is my first time dealing with ... I know you can't install/use an Android app on a pc but all I want to do is load it onto .... Your question is very superficial, meaning that it lacks of the information we need to be able to help you.
There are tablets that does support Google Play Services, meaning that all of the Google apps will work out of the box. And there are tablets that does not have the Play Services support, meaning that you won't be able to use any of the Google apps.
Usually all brands tablets, like Sony, Samsung, Acer, Nvidia, Nexus, etc... does come with Play Services support. But if you bought a knock off or a Chinese tablet, your Google apps just won't work. And this is exactly the information that we needed to let you know why it's not working.

Kindles and Androids run two DIFFERENT operating systems/software and you cannot put an app from a Kindle on an Android device. Just like you can't take an app from an Android device and put it on an Apple iPhone. They are entirely different computer languages and don't work that way.

Go to the play store and download a file management app. Use the app to move the files. OR, connect to a PC and manually move the files to the SD card
