Software not compatible with Vista
I am Admin Assistant and do lot of audio typing. The dictation device we use is Olympus DS3000. Transcription kit comprises DSS Player (Version 6) and RS26 foot pedal etc. We currently have Windows XP. Everything runs perfectly. I am wanting to now type from home on PC and laptop, both of which have Windows Vista. The DSS Player (Version 6) is not compatible.
Is there a patch I can download to enable the DSS Player to run effectively on Vista and if so, will the Olympus DS3000 still be compatible?
