Conia reverse cycle remote control model ykr-f/06, what is the symbol for cooling

Just guessing here because you are the one who has the owners manual but typically heating is a sun and cooling is a snowflake. Sometimes they can look very similar but turn it on and feel the air!!!!

Some units having manual button in unit itself. But you can't change temp setting or mode setting by that. It's advisable to get new remote and operate this. Thanks.

If you feel cool air near blower, you have to service your unit completely. Because it's giving cool but not removing heat from room due to coil and air filter blocking. Helpful?

i had the same problem and i managed to find a universal remote control from JARCAR Electronics. Model of the remote: Digitech AR-1729. It doesn't list Conia as compatible but I managed to gain control of the aircon using the code: 291. For some reason when you press the power button on the remote, it's like your double pressing the on button so the aircon switches on and off quickly. You need to press the power button on the remote quickly and move it from reception before it powers down the unit again. At least I have control of the aircon again and I don't have to put up with these humid hot days in melbourne... Good Luck.

Thank you guys! just bought our universal remote control and now we able to use 1 remote for everything especially our conia plasma tv and it really works the 0821 code...

I have a Conia LCD TV and the remote died, I purchsed a universal remote and without the codes even on search modes could not get it to find the t.v. I found theat DJ Electronics sell replacement Conia TV remotes online. So if you just need areplcement remote, know your TV model number and you can just replce your old remote.
