We are using a gigaware pc tv converter at church. If we swap it out will we have to configure the new one, or will it just work?

I could not download a Plextor driver that works w Windows 7. I purchased a Gigaware Video Converter from Radio Shack for $49 which works great with Windows 7. Software also converts video captures into mpeg files so saves time converting from codex.

I lost my gigaware webcam cd .
So can like i download the software anywhere else ?

Please indicate what chat program you are trying to use your webcam in.It sounds like you may not have configured the webcam to the program.

This product appears to be defective. I connected it to a working video camera that produces an excellent picture on a standard monitor. I looped the video from the camera through the monitor to the converter which is connected to a new ACER LCD display. The LCD display workes perfectly when connected to my computer. Using the converter, the results are poor. You can see the desired picture in the background but in the foreground there are horizontal bars that scroll vertically through the picture. I'm returning it for an exchange - will try again.

i would unplug the camera put back in. I would also reinstall the software usually when you install not everything always installs propertyly

i have a gigaware webcam and no matter how i try to install it with the CD it is not connecting
