My iPhone 6 uses a lot of data

Start by looking at usage in your settings...
Settings > Mobile Data ... this will show you every enabled app and how much data it's used (incl. system services [at bottom])

Sometimes Location Services transfer a lot of data. Check here for most recent usage:
Settings > Privacy > Location Services
(incl. system services [at bottom])

You can also check which apps are using the most battery:
Settings > Battery

And which apps are saving the most data:
Settings > General > Storage

I crashed my Dell Inspirion B130 and used Windows XP CD to restore it. Now all the configurations and files are gone, the screen doesn't look the same and the modem, speakers, ethernet controller, etc are...

I'm affraid you just installed a clean XP on your laptop which would mean that all data has been lost (you probably formatted the hdd at some point).

Such data could be recovered, but it takes quite a lot of work and a pro to do it.

Wont read ext hard drive...says bad sectors...

Have you tried goggling for data recovery software. There are a lot of free ones if you had that to your search. But, I've used several paid for ones that worked. I'd try to trail versions to download and first see if can read the drive. If it can't the next thing I would do, is to dismantle the case around the hard drive, and take out the physical hard drive and switch the back pins to Slave, and add it to your computer. (make sure you have your main drive as Master) Then as a slave drive you have a lot more options to recover data.

Good Luck

Slow start-up

check if you have a CD left in the cdrom drive.
Lots of things can cause the start-up delay too:
- virus and spywares. Clean.
- bad sectors on hard disk (backup and plan for replacement)
- low physical memory. check in the Performace tab of the Taskbar (window$$$ only) PF should not be more than that of physical

My internet is not going as frast a is should

You may have a lot of cookies, browsing history, among others, in your system. You need to dispose of these files including temporary files that your computer downloaded while you're surfing. These things slow down your computer. In Mozilla Firefox, you can get rid of this junk by clicking Tools, then Clean Private Data. Check all items (unless you want to retain the password) and click "Clear Private Data".

Also, you may defragment your disk using Auslogics at this site to boost the overall speed of your computer.
