Question about Car Audio & Video
The stereo/speakers in my new (2nd hand car) won't play sound. Has speakers, the stereo says they are at an audible volume. Have explored the fader/left/right settings. Stereo is installed correctly. Unit is a VDO Dayton, model CD 4203.
If one speaker in car is shorted or bad.It will cause the whole system to mute .You may need to have someone to disconnect one speaker at a time or pull out radio. Some systems have a seperate amp in rear of car .Check fuse for that amp//goodluck
