Question about iLO (2 GB) MP3 Player
when i try to turn it on the light will come on but then it just shut off and i tryed to replace the batteries but it still does it it isnt even a year old
Try connecting it to your computer if you haven't already.
If it will connect to your computer make sure you've got a back up of the songs on it then format it. Formating it may resolve this probem, it could just be a software boot failure.
To format go to "Start" then click on "My Computer" now when your mp3 players connected look for it, it's usally named as "Removable Disk", now when you've found that "Right-click" on it then click "Format" allow format to complete put the music back on then unplug and try again.
Good luck. Hope my solution was helpful in some way.
