I have an Everstar MPM1-10CR-bb6 air conditioner. I've had it for two years and now it seems like it doesn't put out that cold of air even on the lowest temperature setting. There is water in the machine. Is there a way to service or recharge the unit?

I just purchased a 11,000 BTU Everstar from Home Depot. Not sure if it's the same model that you have. Maybe check there? I bet an employee would be willing to open one of the boxes to answer your question. Just tell them you bought it there. :) Or call Everstar, of course. Good luck!

This is a window unit? If so the unit should not be level. Should be lower on outside end. You may have to drill a hole in a vcorner outside to allow drainage. Good Luck
