Philips sensotouch rq11. The red lock led is lightning and nothing work. It won’t unlock.

Disconnect it from your PC and then plug it into another USB port.  Either this will resolve the issue, or it won't.  If it doesn't, plug it into another PC.  This will determine whether or not the keyboard is the culprit, or a voltage irregularity coming from the PC's USB ports.  If it works on the other PC, it's the computer, not the keyboard that has a problem.  If it doesn't work on another PC, then it is the keyboard.  As keyboards are inexpensive (even the PZ30AU), I'd recommend you purchase another.  The amount of money you'd pour into either fixing your PC or this keyboard would probably be close to if not more than what you paid for the keyboard in the first place.

I am having this same problem today, urgent issue. AC204 will not perform copy function, says "scanner locked" and red lightening bolt lit up. This my first time at this site, i do not see where this answer is ..

I had the exact same thing happen to me today. It worked perfectly on Saturday and then today it was totally broken. I just placed a call to the Phillips customer service number---1-800-243-3050---and when I described my problem they told me they would ship me a new handle along with a return shipping label to send back the defective handle. My razor was only about 7 months old.

Hello. I'm guessing you have a Panasonic. If the panel energizes (lights up) but you have no video, likely the Main PCB is bad. The Logic PCB is the other option, but less likely. Good luck.
